Stationary Welding Machine
Düring develops and manufactures stationary resistance welding machines for spot or projection welding. We offer machines with one or more welding heads, standard or special designs according to the customer's needs. All Düring stationary machines are built under a strict quality regime, providing reliability and excellence in the welding process. For operator safety, the machines have bi-manual drive, light curtains, adequate pneumatics and electrical parts entirely in accordance with the NR-12 standard (Equipment similar to presses).
Stationary Spot Welding Machines
Düring stationary spot welding machines are designed for small and medium-sized parts.
Our standard machines weld with vertical linear movement through one or more welding heads, making it possible to control each process through an individual program. The stationary ones have tables with DIN standard T notches to fit the tools and also have height adjustment on the lower device, assisted by a hydraulic jack.
Some features of our spot welding machines:
– Program selector switch.
– Vigi 30mA protection relay.
– 60Hz or 1000Hz Medium Frequency welding command with current regulation and protection circuit and constant monitoring.
– Welding Transformer 60 Hz (103 to 250KVA) or Medium Frequency 1000hz (110 to 700KVA).
– Complete cooling of the equipment using water, with digital flow switches at the input and output of the circuit.
– Pneumatic system (Festo or SMC) equipped with a proportional valve and pressure switch.
– Optional PLC, for integration with peripherals.
Stationary Projection Welding Machines
Düring stationary projection welding machines are designed to perform welds in areas of greater material resistance and that require great precision and effort during the welding process.
Our standard machines weld with vertical linear movement through one or more welding heads, making it possible to control each process through an individual program. The stationary ones have tables with DIN standard T notches to fit the tools and also have height adjustment on the lower device, assisted by a hydraulic jack.
